Source Environment & Target List Creation
We create a list of specific competitor companies by industry, products, location, revenue, etc. This is generally the first step in kicking off a research assignment. It helps us gain a clear understanding and precise focus. Once our team has completed the source/target list, we have a team meeting with our client to discuss and then gain approval. This list can be altered at anytime during our process by our client or by RGF Soultions through approved recommendations to our client. 
Research/Name Identification 
We search and unearth qualified contacts from select companies (from the source environment/target list) with relevant information such as full name, title, address, e-mail, phone numbers, professional online profiles, etc. We present this information in a highly organized, easy to read format. Initial Pursued Prospect Contact & Preliminary Screening
We contact potential candidates and conduct a quick preliminary telephone interview to qualify skills and assess interest level. We take detailed notes and can also request resumes from the individual.This saves you time by letting us narrow down a large list and hand you interested and qualified candidates. 
Recruiting w/ Formal Presentation and Resume
We conduct in-depth telephone interviews to qualify the skills and assess the interest level of the candidate with detailed interview notes via candidate summary report and resume. (Please note: official candidate hand-off occurs at this point with no further involvement from RGF, unless Full Search Execution Services are needed.)
