Robert Fernandez

Chairman & Advisory Board

Prior to founding RGF Solutions in 2003, Robert gained invaluable experience at Christian & Timbers as Manager of the Research and Search Team and at RJ Evans & Associates as Search Team Leader for Professional Services and then as Executive Director of Outsourced Research & Recruiting. Additionally, Robert is well versed and has successfully conducted recruiting assignments from Manager/Directors level to CEOs and Board Members across a diverse range of market segments. 
Prior to becoming a search manager, team leader and company owner, Robert was with Medical Mutual of Ohio (formerly Blue Cross Blue Shield of Ohio) where he initially honed his investigative skills in their Fraud Investigations Department "Fraud Squad". 
Robert is a graduate of Cleveland State University earning a degree in Marketing. Robert is a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Ohio. 
Robert has participated in the Pan Ohio Hope Ride (cycling 328 miles), a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society, in 2015 and 2017.
In his free time, you will find him cycling (especially rides that involve climbing steep hills), walking his dog, or being a "foodie" among Cleveland's finest restaurants. 

Shelly Blaha

Manager of Research and Pre-Employment Background Screening Services

Shelly has been an employee of RGF Solutions for 2.5 years. She manages the Pre-Employment Background Screening Services Department, the RGF Solutions website and is also a full-time Research Associate. She is a graduate of Kent State University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Communications. She has gained valuable professional experience through past employment with Sherwin Williams in their Sales Management Team and a busy local animal hospital as a Client Relations Specialist and Wellness Coach. 
She specializes in editorial writing, editing, and marketing. 
In her spare time she enjoys cycling and yoga. She has also participated in the Pan Ohio Hope Ride (cycling 328 miles), a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society in 2014, 2016, 2017. 

Greg Skuderin

Client Partner  

Greg Skuderin is the Owner/Principal of GS Research now partnering with RGF Solutions. He has more than 21 years of experience in the Executive Search Research field, including 17 years as Principal of GS Research and has worked on more than 500 search assignments ending with completion. 
Prior to GS Research Greg worked for one of the largest Retained Executive Search firms in the United States, Christian & Timbers (now CTPartners) where he was a research associate and later a Research Project Manager and Team Leader. Greg is a graduate of The University of Toledo and The University of Arizona earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in U.S. History. In his spare time Greg enjoys playing classical music on piano, fitness training, and gardening. 
He is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
