Established in 2003 and based in Cleveland, Ohio, RGF Solutions provides outstanding research and recruiting services for some of the most notable retained executive search firms and corporate executive HR departments. We specialize in uncovering information (name generation) on the most difficult search assignments and/or convincing exceptional candidates (candidate development) to come to the table. We have the ability to tackle any sized search assignment, regardless of discipline. We produce quality results in a timely manner. 

What does RGF stand for?!

Our fearless founder's initials, Robert G. Fernandez. After 15 years of being an executive search manager and learning the intricate inter-workings of the industry, he knew he had found his passion. Robert decided to take a huge leap and start his own company. This was not surprising to his colleagues because anyone who knows Robert knows his abundant energy, his magnetic, positive personality, and his relentless drive for success. All these things, along with his dedication to his clients and employees, has made RGF Solutions the successful company it is today.
