Robert Fernandez brings more than 20 years of executive search and investigative experience to his Research Services Firm, RGF Solutions, Inc.  Prior to founding RGF Solutions in 2003, Robert gained invaluable experience both at Christian & Timbers as Manager of the Research and Search Team Leader and as the Search Team Leader for the Professional Services practice and then as the Executive Director of Outsourced Research & Recruiting practice at RJ Evans' & Associates. Additionally, Robert is well versed and has successfully conducted recruiting assignments from Manager/Directors level to CEOs and Board Members across a diverse range of market segments. Prior to becoming a search manager, team leader and company owner, Mr. Fernandez was with Medical Mutual of Ohio (formerly Blue Cross Blue Shield of Ohio) were he initially honed his investigative skills in their Fraud Investigations Department "Fraud Squad". Robert earned a place on the Dean's List from his sophomore through senior year while majoring in marketing at Cleveland State University.  Currently, Robert is a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for Ohio.

Biography: Greg Skuderin is the Owner/Principal of GS Research now partnering with RGF Solutions. He has more than 12 years of experience in the Executive Search Research field, including 8 years as Principal of GS Research and has worked on more than 500 search assignments ending with completion.

Prior to GS Research Greg worked for one of the largest Retained Executive Search firms in the United States, Christian & Timbers (now CTPartners) where he was a research associate and later a Research Project Manager and Team Leader.

Greg is a graduate of The University of Toledo and The University of Arizona earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in U.S. History.

In his spare time Greg enjoys playing classical music on piano, golf and gardening and he is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
