Client's Participation & Responsibility:
To clearly communicate expectations and assignment requirements by assisting us in completing one of our Pre-Research Guides (PRG), an important part of our "Best Practices Methods". Provide a detailed position profile and company description. Keep us informed of specific companies or candidates they would like RGF to pursue. Review candidate lists and make necessary adjustments. Work with us to determine the interview process and identify which client team members will conduct first and second round interviews once the final candidate is selected.

Contact all candidates listed on our research to assess their level of qualification and interest. Pursue hot candidates by using our proven research process, which goes beyond networking; it provides us with a detailed view of all the potential source companies. We quickly identify every individual currently performing this position and every candidate who could be promoted into this role within each source company. Provide you with a list of the top candidates (the number of candidate names will vary based upon the time allowed for initial Research).
Client's Participation & Responsibility
Review the candidate slate and make necessary adjustments. Identify and develop candidates to interview with the client's client, and provide feedback on each potential candidate so that adjustments may be made to improve overall quality, if necessary.
Leveraging our research through networking to identify and select a candidate that meets the client’s specified requirements. Ultimately, the most qualified candidate joins the client's leadership team, improving our client's position while providing opportunities for personal and professional growth, revenue generation and improved shareholder profits.
